Vondela didn't start as a business.

It started as a feeling I was looking for in my own home.

When I moved to the Netherlands, I found myself wanting to create a space that felt warm, calm, and truly mine — a place that reflected comfort, identity, and a sense of belonging. But I struggled to find pieces that felt both minimal and meaningful at the same time.

So I started creating them myself.

What began as a small creative outlet slowly turned into something much bigger — a passion for designing and crafting pieces that don't just decorate a space, but change how it feels.

Why I created Vondela

The birth of Exultá

As I continued this journey, I realised something was missing.

A space doesn't just need to look beautiful — it needs to feel alive.

That's when I created Exultá, my candle collection.

Exultá is an extension of Vondela, but focused on the emotional and sensory side of a home. Through soft light, sculptural forms, and carefully chosen fragrances, these candles are designed to create atmosphere — whether it's a quiet evening, a special moment, or simply time for yourself.
